The Mission

Silenzio.

It’s better with the right people around. That’s the whole idea.

01 Le Club

Le Club.

This is a private club first. People who built something that runs without them — founders, artists, investors, real estate — living the way the money was supposed to pay for. Le Club is the centre of it. Same houses, same nights. You cannot buy your way in on money alone. By introduction.

The bar

Three, and money is the easiest of them.

Bar I

Something that already runs

Enough room in your calendar to disappear for a week and have nothing break. If it stops when you stop, you are not ready — you are the one who needs building.

Bar II

Something to bring

A contact, an answer, a door, a warning.

Bar III

The means

If it’s not the year for it, the path below is how people arrive.

1,500+Deals delivered by the company I built
$100M+In real estate assets marketed
100M+Streams behind records I worked on
38 moLongest client contract; 11-year relationships

Already there.

One call. Fifteen minutes. We find out honestly whether this is for you yet.

Applications are reviewed personally. Not every business is a fit for every tier, and that's on purpose.

01 Who We Help

Find yourself here.

Entrepreneurs

Scale the business. Buy back your time.

  • Scale their business
  • Buy back their time
  • Set targets
  • Break their limits
  • Replace themselves
  • Exit
  • Scale to any numbers

The Method

Artists

Market yourself. Sick social media.

  • Market themselves properly
  • Social media that actually moves people
  • Build a name worth something
  • Turn attention into money
  • Get seen without selling out the work
  • Learn how to actually do social media
  • Delegate the work instead of doing all of it
  • Make the art a business, not a hope

Two ways in, depending on where you are.

Already have the name

Big audience, real talent, no business underneath it. We businessify it — offers, rates, a team, recurring revenue — so the following turns into a company instead of a vibe.

Building the name

Great work, no idea how the business side runs. We teach it — pricing, selling, packaging, how to actually do social media, and how to delegate the work off your own desk — so the art pays properly.

I ran marketing and creative for one of the biggest artist management companies in music. This is that, taught to you.

The artist track

Commercial Real Estate

Brokers, owners and developers. Lease it faster.

This is the business I actually run. Beautiful buildings that make an impact — then marketed and leased properly instead of listed and hoped over.

  • Create buildings that actually make an impact
  • Market and lease them properly, and faster
  • Train the staff on sales and on marketing the building
  • Decide what marketing is actually worth spending on
  • Break the boundaries and limits on what the asset can do
  • Become the best version of themselves running it

THOMAS® has delivered 1,500+ deals and marketed $100M+ in assets. Same team, same playbook.

Talk about a building

Young Entrepreneurs

Early, hungry, and need all of it.

The ones just starting who don't need one piece of advice — they need the whole thing, and someone actually in their corner.

  • Learn a lot, fast, in the right order
  • A mentor who's actually done it, not a course you watch alone
  • Health and fitness built in from the start, not bolted on at 40
  • Reprogramming the mind — how you think about money, work and what you're allowed to have
  • Habits, standards and the way you carry yourself
  • People going the same direction

Start on the Call

Anybody starting out

Become an entrepreneur. Have an online business.

No company, no team, no savings, no idea yet. One skill somebody will pay for and a way to reach them is the whole starting requirement.

  • Pick the thing you can actually sell
  • Get your first paying clients
  • Run it online, from anywhere
  • Then scale it like everyone else on this page

Start an online business

A side hustle or a first online business. No agency, no staff, no prior company — just how to actually have one.

AI — for everybody

Using AI in a business and a life. Replacing yourself, running operations on it, creative work that holds a standard.

Track 06 · In build

Real estate companies

Lease better, run the sales team, do social properly, apply AI to all of it. Built from $100M+ in assets.

01 Why Me

I was taught to teach. Then I spent a decade proving it.

Most people who sell advice have done one thing once. My proof isn't a screenshot — it's four separate rooms where I've had to get a result out of other people.

( I ) The Corps

The Marines taught me to instruct.

Not to present — to instruct. Break a thing into steps, teach it under pressure, and be responsible for whether the person in front of you can actually do it afterwards. That's a trade, and I learned it before I ever ran a company.

( II ) My own team

I trained the people who now run it.

The clearest proof I have. I trained my staff to do every part of my job, and they got good enough that the company stopped needing me. Several of them have gone on to build serious things of their own. That's transferable skill, not luck.

( III ) The capital

I advise on nine-figure developments.

Miami, New York, Los Angeles. Developers putting hundreds of millions into the ground, deciding where the money goes and whether the building actually performs. I'm in that room as the person who coaches them through winning — not as a vendor.

( IV ) My own company

I built it, then removed myself.

THOMAS®, founded 2015. National, 1,500+ deals delivered, $100M+ in assets marketed. Staffed, systemized and handed over until it ran without me — which is the only version of this that counts.

"The skill isn't knowing it. It's getting it out of the person sitting opposite you."

What that means for you

I'm not a marketer who learned to teach. I'm someone who was trained to teach, who has taught people into real outcomes, and who gets asked into rooms where the numbers are enormous. When I tell you a thing will work, it's because I've watched it work on people who had far more to lose than you do.

Why any of this matters

Nobody actually wants a business. They want the life it pays for.

Money that doesn't need you, a body that can carry it, people worth doing it for, and a calendar that belongs to you.

02 The Life

Health, wealth, relationships. That's the whole scoreboard.

The business is the engine. It was never the point. Plenty of people get rich and stay trapped — good revenue, no calendar, no options.

I run my company from wherever I am. I train. I read. I have time. That's the thing people actually want when they ask how I did it — and it's held to the same standard as the numbers.

Wealth

Money that doesn't need you

Margin you set on purpose, revenue that repeats, and a company worth something to somebody else. Not a bigger salary — an asset.

Health

A body you can do anything in

Training, food, sleep, discipline. Not for the mirror — everything else you're trying to do runs on the body you're doing it in.

Relationships

People worth doing it for

The marriage, the kids, the friends who knew you before. Most people trade these for the business and call it a cost of success. It isn't. It's the bill coming due later.

Underneath all three

Reprogramming the mind

Every one of these is gated by what you believe you're allowed to have. How you think about money, about work, about being the person in charge. Most people don't have a strategy problem — they have a ceiling they installed themselves. This is the part I work on hardest, and it's in every call.

Freedom I

Financial

The business makes money whether or not you do the work.

Freedom II

Time

Your calendar is yours. You choose the work instead of chasing whatever caught fire.

Freedom III

Location

You can go — a week or a year — and it holds. Knowing you could is how you know it's built.

The whole reason

Build it so you can look up from it.

"Three freedoms. All three, or it doesn't count."

And once you're actually living like this, the question changes. It stops being how do I build it and becomes who am I doing this with. That's what Le Club is — the people who got here, in the same places, through the year.

03 The Standard

Rich Fit Sick.

Three words I've held myself to for years. It's cheeky on purpose, and it's the most serious thing I do. The scoreboard above is what you're building. This is who you have to become to hold it — and it's the actual answer when people ask me how I live like this.

R

Rich

A rich life — not a big number. The business works without you. You keep your work hours anyway, because you want to. You're still learning. You still build things.

  • A business that runs
  • Real work hours, chosen
  • Always learning something
  • Entrepreneurship as a default
  • Committed to the best version of yourself
F

Fit

Health, non-negotiable. Gym every day. Something that can hurt you, so you stay honest. Everything else you're trying to do runs on the body you're doing it in.

  • Gym every day
  • Martial arts
  • Muay Thai & boxing
  • Calisthenics
  • Food, sleep, discipline
S

Sick

Mindset and aesthetics. Read like it's your job. Become a scholar of the thing you do. Then make all of it look like something — the way you dress, the work, the room, the life.

  • Mindset, reprogrammed on purpose
  • Reading & education
  • Becoming a scholar of your craft
  • Style & aesthetics
  • Aesthetic everything
What it's actually for

Becoming the person everyone comes to.

Nobody chases this to be impressive. You do it so you have something left over. So you're the partner somebody is lucky to have, the friend who picks up, the one people call when it's bad — because you have the time, the money, the body and the head to actually show up. You can't carry anyone from underneath a life you're barely holding. Get great on purpose, and helping everyone around you stops being a sacrifice and starts being the easiest thing you do.

That's the honest order of operations: Rich Fit Sick is the private standard. Health, wealth and relationships is the public result. One produces the other. It's what I teach, and it's what everyone in Le Club is already running.

Silenzio · The House

The oldest idea there is: you learn it from someone who already did it.

Not a course you watch alone. A place you learn it, build it, live it — and then stand with the people who did the same.

04 The Mission

Rome didn't last because one man worked harder.

It lasted because they built systems, trained people, wrote the standard down, and handed it over. Then it ran without the man who started it — and the people who built it lived like emperors while it did.

That's the whole idea here. Most people who are good at something end up owning a job — they are the business, so it stops when they do. I teach the other version, and then I teach the part nobody teaches: what to do with the freedom once you have it.

The Mission

We help people live epic lives.

Health, wealth and relationships — the only three that have ever mattered. An epic was how the ancients recorded a life worth remembering: what somebody built, how far they went, and who went with them. That's still the only real scoreboard.

To feel what it's like to be free. To be great at something. To actually feel your life while you're in it.

True freedom, health, wealth and relationships — and becoming the best version of yourself on the way there. The highest-level entrepreneur your dream self already knows you're supposed to be.

The Vision

People living like that — free with their money, their time and where they are — who all got there the same way and keep going together.

How it's all organised

Silenzio is the house. Two doors. Le Club — the dinners, the trips, the Ball. The Method — the free Community call, the courses, and one-on-one with me, up to me installing the whole machine in your business. Behind it, the studio — THOMAS®, the CRE marketing and leasing company I still own and run.

The name means the code of silence. You don't announce it — you go build it, and the results speak. Everything here exists to teach you to do it and then to live it.

How we do it

Take people who are already great at the work and teach them to own a company instead of a job — then teach them the part nobody teaches: what to actually do with the freedom once it's theirs.

The seat you're moving into

Owner, not operator.

The Principles
  • IBeing the best at the work is the starting line, not the finish.
  • IISet the price on purpose, and hold it.
  • IIIAnything living only in your head can't be delegated, sold, or scaled.
  • IVEgo is the most expensive thing in most businesses.
  • VMoney with no time and no health isn't winning.
Who it's for

People who are already good

You can do the work. What you're missing is the company around it — the marketing, the sales, the pricing, the people.

What it is

An education company

Courses, a community, a vault of real templates, events, and mentorship that goes all the way to me installing it with you.

The outcome

Owner, not operator

A business that makes money without you in it — worth something to somebody else, and leaving you a life outside it.

What we're against

The job dressed up as a business

Revenue that looks like success and behaves like a shift. If it stops when you stop, you didn't build a company — you bought yourself a demanding boss.

Also against

Information sold as transformation

Most of this industry sells you a course and leaves the hard part to the person who was already underwater. We install the machine, then check that it runs.

The promise

The calls happen. The work gets done.

No income guarantees — anyone promising you a number is lying. We promise the process: every call, the work between them, and a written handover of what now runs without you.

How it actually goes

One path, in order. Most places sell you step one and leave you there. Step four is the reason for the first three.

Step I

Learn

Courses, the book, the vault, the community. How a real company actually works.

Step II

Build

Agency Box. Six months, nine divisions, handed over until the business holds without you.

Step III

Live

Health, wealth, relationships. The part nobody teaches, and the reason for the first two.

Step IV

Together

Le Club, the gatherings, the trips. People who built the same thing.

"Getting great on your own is step one. Living it with people who did the same is the whole point."

05 Who's Teaching This

The guy behind it.

Marine — where I was taught to instruct, not present. Then photographer, then marketing, creative and business development for one of the biggest artist management companies in music. In 2015 I founded THOMAS® and built it into a national agency — 1,500+ deals delivered.

Then I did the part almost nobody does: I hired, trained and systemized myself out of it, and ran the whole thing from my phone. That's what people actually want, and it's what I teach.

Not someone who read about this in a book. An operator who built it, still owns it, and now puts money and time into other people's companies.

"They all want the same thing — to stop being the person doing the work and start being the person who owns the business."

The short version
  • United States Marine Corps
  • Ran marketing, creative & business development for one of the biggest artist management companies in music
  • Founded THOMAS® in 2015 — national marketing & leasing agency
  • 1,500+ deals delivered; built to run without me
  • Advised on marketing for $100M+ in real estate assets
  • Has taken people from zero to running national companies
2015 — now

THOMAS®

Founder. A national marketing and leasing agency. 1,500+ deals delivered, $100M+ in assets marketed — built so it runs without me.

From zero

Chipotle to CEO

Matthew was caddying and working at Chipotle. He now runs a fully staffed, fully remote company at twenty-four. One person, one result — his, not a promise of yours.

Already winning

Six figures to seven

Agency owners already doing six figures a month who wanted the next tier — and the ones who just wanted their time back.

Command

Owner, not operator.

Craft

Be undeniable at the work first.

Standard

Hold the price. Hold the line.

"Best social media campaign I've ever seen."

— Regional Director, National Multifamily Operator

06 Consulting

Sometimes you don't need six months. You need one right answer.

For owners who want me looking directly at their business — offer, pricing, pipeline, delivery, team. Not a program. Just the work.

07 Before You Buy

The questions I get on every call.

How much is membership?+

Le Club is $50,000 a year, by introduction. It includes the four trips, the house and every dinner. The first twenty-five seats are $25,000, locked for as long as you keep the seat. Mentorship is $2,500 a year. The Call is free.

Where should I actually start?+

No business yet: the free guides and the Call. Freelancing and want it to be a company: the creative or service track. Already doing real revenue and you're the bottleneck: book the call and I'll tell you which tier.

I'm not a creative — is this still for me?+

Yes, and often it's a better fit. I came up through photo and video so that's the version I can prove fastest, but the machine isn't creative-specific. Cleaning, trades, consulting, staffing, local services — get leads, sell properly, price for margin, deliver without you, hire and keep people. None of that changes by industry.

Can I just buy something without a call?+

The Call is free and open. Mission Moon ($2,500 a year, or $250 a month) and the Consult ($2,500) you can claim right now. Everything else starts with one fifteen-minute call — because I'd rather tell you it isn't a fit than take your money.

I'm bad at sales. Is that a dealbreaker?+

It's the most common thing people come to me for and it's the most learnable. Sales isn't charisma — it's a structure: what you ask, in what order, when to stop talking, how you present a number, and what you say when someone pushes back.

Do I need a team already?+

No. Plenty of people come in as a one-person business. Hiring is a division we build when the offer, pricing and pipeline can support it — hiring before that just makes an unprofitable business more expensive.

Is this a course?+

There's a book, a workbook and a curriculum. But what you're buying is the operating machine out of a running company, installed in yours — plus, at the top tiers, me walking it with you until each division actually runs.

Is there a payment plan?+

Mission Moon is $2,500 for the year or $250 a month. Courses are $5,000 for twelve weeks. The Box levels are six-month terms, priced once. How it's paid is covered on the call.

What happens after I apply?+

A short call with me. I ask how the business actually runs, where the money comes from and where it goes. If it's not a fit I'll say so.

( What we do )

A company that pays for the life you want.

True freedom — money, location, time. A real, serious company that runs without you — managers, systems and AI running it, you anywhere in the world. Six figures a month is the target we work toward. Six months with James. He shows you how to do everything.

( Now )

  • A job. Or a business that is one.
  • Every dollar needs you in the room.
  • Stuck where the work is.
  • Watching AI come for it.

( The result · six months )

  • A real company. Yours. Six figures a month is the target.
  • Managers, systems and AI run it.
  • Clients who come back. Real margins.
  • Anywhere in the world. Time, location, money.

( The rule )

I built mine with one rule. Do it from a pool in Spain, and make the same money as an office in Miami. Or more. Not a nomad — a business.

— James, USMC

The Marine Corps way. Land on any beach in the world and operate exactly as you would anywhere else.

( The proof )

He didn’t have a business. He just wanted one.

23years old. Caddying. Chipotle.
$500a month, before.
6 figuresa month, now. Fully remote.
80%margins. Clients who stay.

Never been to a photo shoot — it’s a photography company. He hires people who are great at it and charges ten times what he pays them. Twelve months, the first time. Many others since.

02 The Method

The six months.

I Months 1–2

Money in.

The offer, the leads, you selling. Nothing clever. Revenue first, because everything after it is easier with money coming in.

II Months 3–4

The machine.

Someone else delivers. You hire, you train, you write it down once. You stop being the person doing the work.

III Months 5–6

You step out.

It runs without you in the room. Then you go and live — which was the point of all of it.

Rich · Fit · Sick runs under all six months — the body, the mind and the money, built together.

For you if

  • You want a company, or you have one that owns you.
  • You’re hungry. You’ll do the work between calls.

Not for you if

  • You want a course to watch alone.
  • You want it done for you. I show you; you do it.

Four calls in, don’t want to continue? Month one refunded.

Say so in writing before month two is charged. Terms. Results are individual, not typical, not a promise.

Apply for the six months

By application · a few seats at a time

Above all of it

And then there's Le Club.

The Method is where you learn what we know. Le Club is where you sit with the people who did it. The trips, the dinners, the Ball, the speakers, the deals. Everything in The Method comes with it. By introduction.

02 Private Coaching

You want out. I’ll show you the way out.

You have a job. Maybe a good one. And you know it’s not yours — the hours, the place, the ceiling. You’ve looked at dropshipping, import-export, whatever’s remote. That’s not the point. The point is a company that pays for the life you actually want.

I’ve built that company. I’ve shown other people how to build theirs — people who started exactly where you are. Six months, one call with me every week, and I show you how to do everything: the offer, the clients, the hires, the systems, the AI. Not advice. The whole thing, step by step, until it runs without you.

You have a job.You want a company. We build it from zero — what you sell, who buys it, how you get paid. In any service business, any industry.
You have a company. It runs through you. We put systems and people under it, and take you out of the day-to-day.
Either way.AI goes to work inside your business, so you’re the one using it — not the one it replaces.
( On AI )

You’re right to worry about it. Jobs get replaced. Owners don’t — they put it to work. My company runs on it: the CRM, the follow-ups, the reporting, the writing. I’ll install the same in yours. The safest place to stand when AI comes for the jobs is owning the business that uses it.

The Box, when you're ready

The full six-month install. Same machine — the only difference is how much of it I build with you. Whatever you've paid weekly comes off it.

See the levels →

06 The levels

Same box. Different amount of me.

Every level includes everything below it. Tier 4 is capped at two clients at a time. When it's full, it's full. Tiers 1 and 2 you can claim now; 3 and 4 start with a call.

The calls happen. The work gets done. The handover is written down.

We promise the process: every call on the calendar, the work built between them, and a written record of what now runs without you. That is the whole promise.

No income promises — anyone who guarantees you a number is lying to you. What you make depends on you, your market and things nobody controls.

NOT FOR YOU IF
  • You want to stay the shooter. Fine — but then you want a better job, not a company, and this builds a company.
  • You won't hire. There is no version of replacing yourself that doesn't involve other people doing the work.
  • You don't have clients yet. Under about $10K a month, start at Tier 1 or book the Consult below. Tier 3 and up are for businesses with work to hand off.
  • You want a number promised. Nobody honest can do that. I promise the work and the handover.

Tiers 1 and 2 you can claim right now. Tiers 3 and up start with a call — I want to hear how your business actually runs before either of us picks a number. Payment plans are a conversation on that call.

How people win here

The ones who get the most out of the year do four things.

  • Come to the weekly call, or watch the replay that week
  • Finish the course — all of it
  • Show up in the chat, not as a lurker
  • Pitch at least two clients every week and log them

Do those and we can help you. Skip them and nobody can. Refund and cancellation terms are in the Terms.

Built for video, photo & social media businesses

Stuck at $20K a month? You're the ceiling.

I take video, photo and social businesses from $15–30K a month to a company that runs without you. Real staff. Real systems. Six figures a month as the target — and you out of the middle of it.

I started as a photographer and videographer. I went national — fully delegated, a team of contractors doing great work everywhere. 10× the going rate, seven figures in recurring revenue, and I'm not involved.

I packaged how I did it into one system. Marketing, leads, sales — installed once, running without you. Now I'm teaching it.

This is for the operator doing $15–30K a month who's ready to actually replace himself. On the other side of it: time freedom, location freedom, financial freedom.

01 The Short Version

Five questions, answered before you read another word.

What is this?

Agency Box. The whole business system that took my creative business from freelance to millions — marketing, sales, pricing, delivery, hiring, every division — packaged into a course, a book and a build.

A company, not a job

Who do we help?

Video, photo and social media business owners doing $15–30K a month. Already good. Already busy. Still the bottleneck in their own company.

$15–30K a month

How do we help them?

Nine divisions, one at a time. Marketing, leads and sales go in first so the money moves early. Then everything still sitting in your hands gets passed — documented, delegated, managed by someone else.

Nine divisions

How long does it take?

Six months. Selling at the new price inside a few weeks. Fully handed over by the end.

Six months

What's the proof?

I did it myself — national company, fully staffed, seven figures recurring, and I'm not in it. Then I did it again with the people I taught. I've taught it to people who now run companies of their own.

Built it, then taught it

02 Why You're Stuck

I shot everything myself. Edited everything myself. Never knew where the next job was coming from.

I didn't want to be a guy making rent. I wanted something sellable. I wanted to be a real business person.

So I built the machine. Producers hiring shooters and editors worldwide, working off our blueprint. Sales staff closing. Marketing staff marketing. None of it needing me.

Now the whole business fits on one screen. I open the laptop, see the deals closing, close it. That's the job. That's what I teach.

THE LOOP YOU'RE IN

Fight or flight. Feast or famine. Every single month.

I know where you are, because I talk to you every week. You don't know when the next job is coming. So you chase one. Then you do it yourself. Then you get paid and the money goes to bills. Then it starts over.

Chase a job Do the whole job yourself Get paid, pay the bills Exhausted Back in sales mode to pay the bills again

That's not a business. That's a loop. Everything on this page is about getting you out of it.

Most creative agencies are a job with staff. Not an asset.

Every owner I've worked with was already good and already busy. You did the hard part — clients, crew, work you're proud of.

Then you found out running an agency and owning an asset are two different things. Nothing's documented. Sales is still you. Pricing is a guess. Step away for 90 days and it wobbles. A buyer looks at it and finds nothing to buy but you.

That's not talent. It's a missing operating system — fixable in months.

"An agency that needs you isn't an asset. It's a job with payroll."

THE FIVE TRAPS
  • 01The day rate. You sell hours, so your income has a hard ceiling and it's your calendar.
  • 02The race to the bottom. There's always someone cheaper, because you're selling the same thing they are.
  • 03Feast and famine. You shoot for three weeks, then you have no pipeline because you were shooting.
  • 04The edit bottleneck. Nobody edits like you, so nobody edits. So you never leave the chair.
  • 05One-and-done. Every month starts at zero because nothing you sold repeats.

Where you're actually stuck

Almost everyone I talk to is already past the five traps above — doing something like $20–30K a month, a real business with real revenue. The business runs. It just runs through you. When we get on a call, it's always one of four things.

SYSTEMS

Nothing's documented.

Every shoot, every edit, every delivery happens a slightly different way because it all lives in your head. No standard, no playbook — quality depends on who's paying attention that day.

STAFF

You hired. You didn't delegate.

Shooters and editors on the books, and you're still the one who shoots the important ones, edits the hard ones, and signs off on everything. More overhead, same bottleneck.

SALES CONSISTENCY

Feast or famine, on repeat.

A great month, then a dead one, then a great one again. No pipeline you can count on — so you never fully stop selling, even during your busiest week.

GETTING OUT

You want your name off the calendar.

The business works. You're just still required for it to work. You want it to run — and be worth something — without you behind a single camera again.

03 Mindset · What Nobody Told You

"But my clients want me."

Every creative says this. I said it. The company is your name, clients book you because it's you, and you've decided you have to be there — on set, in the edit, on every call.

Most of the guys I talk to don't know replacing themselves is even possible. Nobody in this industry teaches the business side. Their whole identity is being the one who's good at it, so the question never comes up.

I ran creative for one of the biggest artist management companies in music. I shot for the biggest real estate companies in the world. I thought nobody could edit like me — and I was right, for a while. Getting past my own ego was the hardest part of the whole build. Not the hiring. Not the systems. The ego.

THE ONE SHIFT

You are not the product. The standard is.

Every trap on this page comes from the same belief: that the thing you sell is you. As long as that's true, you can't hire, you can't price properly, you can't take a week off, and you can't sell the company — because the company is a person.

The shift is simple to say and hard to do: your taste becomes a written standard, your judgement becomes a checklist, your process becomes a system somebody else can run. Nothing good about you leaves. It just stops living only in your head. Everything else in the six months is downstream of that one decision.

"If you're as good as you say you are, you should be able to teach it. Manage it. Direct it. That word — direct. You stop being the shooter. You become the director."

You say you know exactly what the client wants — that's why you shoot it yourself. Good. I believe you. So direct it instead. Other people run the shoot. You own the client, the delivery, the result — not the lenses and batteries.

Shoots are all the same thing. Weddings, real estate, brands — just different contractors good at different shoots. Your years in this make you the leader of the quality. That's the seat. That's what you're actually good at.

"CLIENTS LIKE ME"

They like the result and the standard.

Both of those are teachable. What they're actually paying for is that it comes out right every time — and a system does that more reliably than you do.

"NOBODY EDITS LIKE ME"

Then you're the best person alive to train the one who does.

Your taste doesn't leave. It becomes the brief, the reference library, and the QC checklist. That's what a director is.

"THE COMPANY IS MY NAME"

So was mine.

The name stays on the door. The work moves to the team. Nobody I worked with cared who pressed record — they cared that it was ours.

"MY WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF"

That's not marketing. That's hoping.

Most creatives don't know marketing is a division — a person who owns it, running a weekly rhythm, so the next ten jobs show up whether or not you posted this week.

"SALES? I JUST SEND A QUOTE."

Sending a quote is where you lose the job.

Sales is a call with a structure, a price presented on purpose, and a follow-up. It's the division most of you have never had — and the one that changes the number fastest.

"I'LL MARKET MYSELF WHEN I HAVE TIME"

You shoot beautiful films for everyone but you.

Some of the best video I've seen was made by guys whose own company has nothing. The cobbler's kids. Your marketing is a division with a calendar — not what's left over after client work.

"I'LL GET TO IT"

You won't. That's the whole point.

Every one of these stays undone for the same reason: you're the bottleneck, so anything that isn't a client deadline never happens. That's not a discipline problem. It's a structure problem.

"I DIDN'T KNOW THAT WAS POSSIBLE"

It is. It's the entire point of this.

Not a theory — I did it, my staff went on to do it, and it's the thing every division in this curriculum is built to get you to.

"I've sat through the business guys too. It never sounded like it was about me — it was about SaaS or e-commerce or some agency selling a thing I didn't sell. This is business, taught to creatives, by a creative who built one. It applies. I promise you it applies."

04 Why Me, Not A Business Guy

I didn't trust the business guys either.

When I heard people talk about scaling — departments, delegation, systems — I thought what you're thinking: this is artistic, it doesn't apply to me. And I wasn't taking it from a guy who'd never done it.

I'm a creative who turned creative into a business. I can show you how marketing and sales apply to creative work, how delegation works when the whole thing is your personal touch, and how the part you think is too artistic to systemize gets systemized — without losing what makes it good.

Then I taught it to other people and watched it work in their businesses too. I've taught it to people who now run companies of their own.

"I'm so creative that I creatively turned this into a business. That's the whole difference."

05 The Offer

Everything that took me from freelancer to millions, in one box.

Forget the deliverables for a second. Here's what your life looks like on the other side, if you do the work.

You're out of the work. Everything delegated. The staff you actually need, in place and running it.

Real profit margins. Not what's left over — margin you set on purpose and protect.

You forecast sales. You stop waking up wondering when the next check is coming, because you can see it before it lands.

You work on the business — then past it. People working on it with you and for you, not just under you.

An incredible brand. The company known for the standard, not for you personally showing up.

Peace of mind. Bills handled, payroll handled, next month already visible.

You can go. A trip, a month away — and the business doesn't stop because you did.

You feel like a real business owner. Because you are one — a true online agency, not a guy with a camera and a calendar.

You can plan a life. A house, a marriage, whatever's next — because you can forecast the money instead of hoping for it.

"Time freedom. Location freedom. Financial freedom. All three, or it doesn't count."

Everything you get to make that happen

From On the call a monthFive ways in

Do the math before you decide

I'm not promising you a number. I'm showing you why the price isn't the question.

WHERE YOU ARE

$20K a month is $240K a year.

And you shot, edited and sold every dollar of it. Do that for five more years and you have five more years of it — and nothing to sell at the end, because the business is you.

ONE DIVISION

Say the sales system only gets you 50% more per job.

I charge 10× what everyone else does. Forget that — say you only get to 1.5×. On $20K a month that's $10K more a month, $120K a year, from one of the nine divisions. Now look at what it costs. Now look at what the Box costs.

THE ASSET

A business that runs without you can be sold.

A business that is you can't. That's the difference between a good year and a number on a term sheet — and it's the only thing the six months is actually about.

"Whatever the number is, it's a rounding error against the rest of your life. That's the only maths that matters here."

HOW LIKELY

I did it. My staff did it.

Matthew went from a Chipotle counter to running the company, with me, in two years. This isn't a theory that might work for you — it's a machine that's already run more than once.

HOW FAST

Selling in a few weeks. Handed over in six months.

The sales system goes in first, so you're closing at the new price within weeks. At Tier 3 and upAt Tier 3 and up you get my lists — which cuts the cold start out entirely. The full handover is done inside six months, not "someday."

HOW HARD

You'll have to learn. I'll guide you through it.

Most of it's already built. The book is literally step by step — the daily actions, the exact things to do, in order. At Tier 4 and up I'm on the calls with you. Your job is to do the work between them.

THE GUARANTEE

The calls happen. The work gets done. The handover is written down.

Marketing, leads and sales — installed and running — is the core of the whole box. We build it with you, check that it runs, and write down what now runs without you. No number is promised; the work is.

Book a Call

15 minutes. I'll tell you which tier, or that it's not a fit.

06 How The Six Months Work

We go through every division of your agency. All nine.

Some you're already running right. Some are still running through you. We go one at a time and play hot potato — if it's in your hands, it gets passed. Documented, delegated, managed by someone else. We don't move on until it holds without you.

01

Marketing

Where the work comes from. Content, outbound, referrals — running weekly, owned by someone who isn't you.

02

Sales

Who takes the call, what they say, how they close, and the CRM they run it in. The first division most owners refuse to let go of. It goes.

03

Offer & Pricing

What you sell, the packages, the price list and the margin behind it. Set on purpose, and defended by the whole team, not just you.

04

Fulfillment

Shoot to delivery — intake, prep, shoot, edit, QC, deliver. Written down, on a turnaround standard, run by the bench.

05

Client Success

Retainers, renewals, upsells, and catching a client going quiet before they leave. Owned by somebody whose job it is.

06

People

Hiring, the bench, onboarding, pay — and the one hire that changes everything: the people person who keeps the team well and the machine running.

07

Operations

The systems, SOPs and tools that make all of this repeatable. The Playbook lives here.

08

Finance

Cash, margin, forecast, the handful of numbers you run the company on. Read weekly, not discovered at tax time.

09

Leadership

The seat you're moving into — owner, not operator. Deciding, not doing. This is the division that gives you the time and the location freedom.

"When all nine hold without you, you have a company — and your life back. That's the whole point of the six months."

Book a Call

We'll tell you on the call which divisions are still running through you.

07 The Tiers

Five ways in. Same box. Different amount of me.

Every tier gets the full box — the marketing rollout, the sales system, the hiring and delegation, the exact playbook that took me to millions a year in recurring revenue. I show you how I did it. The book walks you through doing it in yours.

What changes as you go up is how much of me comes with it. Tier 4 is me installing it — capped at two clients at a time, because it's my calendar.

STEP 1

One call.

Fifteen minutes. I ask how your business actually runs. I tell you which tier — or that it's not a fit, and what I'd fix first anyway.

STEP 2

Sales goes in first.

Week one, the offer and the price get rebuilt and the sales system goes live. You're closing at the new number within weeks, not at the end.

STEP 3

Hot potato, nine times.

Division by division. If it's in your hands, it gets passed — delegated, documented, managed by someone else. We don't move on until it holds without you.

Every tier starts with a conversation, not a checkout page.

08 Consulting, Any Time

One call. A real plan. Whenever you want it.

Not a starting point — a standing offer. Before the Box, instead of it, or on top of it when you need me again this month.

09 The Questions Every Creative Asks Me

Straight answers, before you ever get on a call.

I'm booked solid and still broke. What's actually wrong?+

Almost always one of two things: you're priced below what the work costs you to deliver, or you're selling one-off jobs so every month restarts at zero. Being busy hides both. The fix isn't more clients — more clients at a broken price just makes you tired faster. It's rebuilding the package and the price first, then making the work repeat.

Nobody edits like me. How do I hand it off without the quality dropping?+

This is the single most common thing that keeps a creative stuck, and it's real — for about 60 days. The reason handoffs fail isn't that the editor is bad, it's that the brief lives in your head. Nothing is written down, so they're guessing, and then you redo it and conclude it can't be done.

What actually works: you document the standard, you build a reference library of your own approved work, you brief in writing, and you QC on a checklist instead of a feeling. It takes a few rounds. Then you're free, permanently.

My market is cheap. There's always someone who'll do it for less.+

There is, and there always will be — as long as you're selling the same thing they are. "A shoot" is a commodity and it gets priced like one. An outcome isn't. When you sell leased units, booked appointments or a content system that runs all year, you're not in the comparison anymore, and the cheap guy isn't even in the conversation.

Changing what you sell is how you leave the price war. Not shooting better.

Do I have to niche down? I shoot everything.+

For a while, yes — and it makes people nervous every time. Shooting everything means you're the obvious choice for nobody, your marketing has to say something different to every prospect, and you can't build a repeatable process because no two jobs look alike.

Niching isn't a permanent vow. You pick the lane where you have the most proof and the best money, you get the machine running there, and then you widen from a position of strength. I went into real estate for exactly that reason.

How do I raise my prices on clients I already have?+

With notice, in writing, tied to something that changed — expanded scope, added deliverables, a new standard of turnaround. Not an apology, and not a negotiation opener. Most owners over-dread this: some clients leave, and they're usually the ones costing you the most anyway.

The order matters though. Raise prices before the offer is rebuilt and you're just asking for more money for the same thing. Rebuild first, then reprice.

Employees or contractors?+

Contractors first, nearly always. You build a bench of several people you've trialled, so no single person leaving is a crisis and you're not carrying fixed cost through a slow month. You go to employees when a role is genuinely full-time and it's a seat you'd fill again immediately if they left.

The mistake is hiring one person, making them your everything, and now they can hold the business hostage.

What do I do in a dead month?+

A dead month is a lagging indicator — it was created six to eight weeks ago when you were too busy shooting to fill the pipeline. That's the whole problem with feast and famine: it's a rhythm problem, not a market problem.

The fix is a weekly pipeline habit you run whether or not you're busy. It's an hour or two a week and it's the difference between predictable and terrifying.

I hate selling. It feels gross.+

What you hate is bad selling — talking someone into something, hoping at the end, dropping the price when it goes quiet. That does feel gross, and you're right to hate it.

Real selling is a structure: ask properly, find out whether you can actually help, tell them honestly if you can't, and if you can, present the price like a fact instead of a request. It's the most learnable skill in the whole business, and creatives usually get good at it fast once they have the frame.

What should I actually charge?+

Nobody can hand you a number honestly without seeing your costs, your market and what you deliver — anyone who does is guessing. What I can hand you is the method: know your true cost per job including your own time, set your margin deliberately, build tiers so there's a yes at more than one level, and anchor high.

That method is in the box and in the book, and at Tier 3 and up we build your actual price list together.

Do I need better gear?+

Almost certainly not. In fifteen years I've never once seen gear be the thing standing between a good creative and a real business. It's the most comfortable problem to work on because it's a purchase instead of a change.

If your work is already booking clients, your camera is fine. The gap is pricing, pipeline and delivery.

How do I get a client onto a retainer?+

You stop pitching it as "ongoing work" and start pitching the thing they actually want continuously — a property that stays full, a brand that posts consistently, a content library that never runs dry. One-off shoots solve a moment; retainers solve a standing problem.

The pitch, the package structure and the timing of when to make the offer are all in the box. Best moment is right after a delivery they loved.

I've bought courses before and nothing changed. Why is this different?+

Fair. Most courses hand you information and leave the implementation to the person who was already overwhelmed — which is why they don't work.

This isn't information, it's the actual machine: the CRM built, the process written, the packages structured. And at Tier 4 and up I'm in it with you for six months, checking each division actually runs before we move on. The difference is accountability plus assets, not more content.

Is AI going to kill this business?+

It'll kill the part of it that was always fragile — cheap, generic, commodity output. It doesn't touch the part that matters: being on location, having taste, knowing what the shot needs to do for the client's business, and being the person a company trusts with their brand.

The creatives who get hurt are the ones selling a commodity. The ones who own an outcome and a relationship get more valuable, not less. Building the business side is the hedge.

How much of my time does this take?+

The install is front-loaded — expect real work in the first 30 days getting the CRM live, the packages rebuilt and the process written. After that it's a weekly rhythm measured in hours, not days, plus your calls at the higher tiers.

It's the same amount of time you're currently losing to chaos. You're just spending it on purpose.

I shoot weddings. Does this apply to me?+

Yes — and wedding photographers might be the most stuck creatives I meet. Every Saturday is you, every edit is you, and the business is worth exactly nothing the day you stop showing up. I can get you out of doing all the work and build an actual business out of weddings: associate shooters on your standard, editing off your desk, a sales process instead of a quote, and a brand that books because of the name on the door, not the face behind the camera.

What if I'm not in real estate?+

Doesn't matter. Real estate is where I built mine, so it's where my contacts and case studies are, but the machine is the same for weddings, brands, commercial, sports, events or a social agency. Getting leads, selling properly, pricing for margin, delivering without you and keeping clients — those don't change by vertical.

I'm at $8K a month, not $20K. Is this for me?+

The Box itself, yes — the curriculum and the book are the same whether you're at $8K or $80K, and the pricing and sales divisions are where you'll feel it first. The top tiers, not yet — me installing it is built for handing off work you already have. Start at the entry tier or the Consult, and move up when there's a team to build.

I'm already at $50K a month. Do I need this?+

You're the exact person it moves fastest for. You've got the revenue — it's just all running through you. That's the most expensive place to be stuck, because every month you're the ceiling on a business that's already proven it works. The six months is shorter and the numbers are bigger.

Is there a payment plan?+

Ask me on the call. The tiers are priced as one number; how it's paid is a conversation between two business owners, not a checkout form.

What happens after I apply?+

A short call with me. I ask how your studio actually runs — where the work comes from, what you charge, what it costs you, who else touches the work. If it's not a fit I'll tell you, and I'll usually still tell you what I'd fix first.

You built the agency. Let's make it worth something.

You learned the craft. The business side is smaller than it looks — and it's the part I can hand you.

Applications are reviewed personally. Not every studio is a fit for every tier, and that's on purpose.

Built for any service business — trades, agencies, consultants, anyone who sells work

Your business is stuck at $20K a month. You're the ceiling.

Roofing, cleaning, agency, consulting, coaching — doesn't matter. I take service businesses from $15–30K a month to a company that runs without you — real staff, real systems, six figures a month as the target, and you out of the middle of it.

Started as a one-man service business — a guy with a camera. Went national — fully delegated, staffed with contractors doing great work across the country and around the world. Charges 10× what everyone else does, at huge margins, with seven figures in recurring revenue. Replaced himself — and still makes millions a year without being involved.

I was the guy doing the work — a freelancer with a camera. I scaled the whole thing to where I hired everything out: millions a year, fully remote, teams all over the place, marketing, sales, great clients, recurring revenue.

I packaged all of it. And I wrote the full playbook — an actual book and workbook that walks you through the whole thing, start to finish. Now I'm selling it.

This is for the owner-operator doing $15–30K a month — a truck and a crew, a small agency, a consultant with clients, doesn't matter — who's ready to actually replace himself. Real staff. Real systems. Operator to founder. And on the other side of it: time freedom, location freedom, financial freedom. I walk you through the whole thing.

01 Why You're Stuck

I was doing every job myself. Quoting it, doing it, delivering it, chasing the invoice. Constantly worried about where the next job was coming from — feast or famine, every single month.

I didn't want to be some dude making rent. I wanted a real business — one with enterprise value, something sellable. I wanted a life, a family, a plan. I wanted to be a real business person.

So I went national. Door-knocking, driving across the country. Then I built the machine — managers hiring the people who do the work, all over the country, doing the jobs on our blueprint. Sales staff closing deals. Marketing staff marketing the company. None of it needing me. Making millions. And I went and lived — all over the world, in country after country — while it ran.

These days the whole business fits on one screen. I open the laptop, see the deals closing and the work going out, and close it. That's the job now. And that's what I teach.

Most service businesses are a job with staff. Not an asset.

Every owner I've worked with was already good and already busy. That's the frustrating part — you did the hard thing. You got the clients, hired people, built work you're proud of.

And then you found out that running a business and owning an asset are two different things. Nothing is documented. Sales is still you. Pricing is still a guess. Revenue restarts every month. If you stepped away for 90 days it would wobble — and if a buyer looked at it, there'd be nothing to buy but you.

That's not a talent problem or a client problem. It's a missing operating system — and it's fixable in months, not years.

"A business that needs you isn't an asset. It's a job with payroll."

THE FIVE TRAPS
  • 01The hourly rate. You sell your time, so your income has a hard ceiling and it's your calendar.
  • 02The race to the bottom. There's always someone cheaper, because you're selling the same thing they are.
  • 03Feast and famine. You do the work for three weeks, then you have no pipeline because you were doing the work.
  • 04The "only I can do it" bottleneck. Nobody does it like you, so nobody does it. So you never leave the job.
  • 05One-and-done. Every month starts at zero because nothing you sold repeats.

02 What Nobody Told You

"But my clients want me."

Every owner says this. I said it. The company is built on your name, clients hire you because it's you, and you've told yourself you have to be there — on the job, on the quote, on every call.

Here's the honest part: half of what I do on a first call is showing someone a thing they didn't know existed. Most of the guys I talk to don't know replacing themselves is possible. They don't know sales and marketing are separate divisions. They've never been told any of this — because nobody teaches the business side to the guy actually doing the work. Their whole identity is being the one who's good at it, so the question never comes up. And the business world agrees with them — it treats a trade or a service like it isn't a real company. Both sides are wrong. I'm the proof.

I was the big guy in my industry. I did the work for some of the biggest real estate companies in the world. I thought nobody could do it like me — and I was right, for a while. Getting past my own ego was the hardest part of the entire build.

"If you're as good as you say you are, you should be able to teach it. Manage it. Direct it. That word — direct. You stop being the one doing the job. You become the one running it."

Here's what I actually mean by that. You say you know exactly what the client wants — that's why you go do the job yourself. Good. I believe you. So direct it from a place of control. Your office, wherever. Other people do the job. You focus on the client, the delivery, the end result — not on the truck, the tools and the schedule.

Because jobs are all the same thing. It's just different people who are good at different jobs. You're the business owner. Your experience and your time in the business make you the leader of the quality — the one making sure everything goes well, the one who owns the client's experience. That's the seat. That's what you're actually good at.

"CLIENTS LIKE ME"

They like the result and the standard.

Both of those are teachable. What they're actually paying for is that it comes out right every time — and a system does that more reliably than you do.

"NOBODY DOES IT LIKE ME"

Then you're the best person alive to train the one who does.

Your standard doesn't leave. It becomes the checklist, the training, and the QC. That's what an owner is.

"THE COMPANY IS MY NAME"

So was mine.

The name stays on the door. The work moves to the team. Nobody I worked with cared who showed up — they cared that it was ours.

"MY WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF"

That's not marketing. That's hoping.

Most owners don't know marketing is a division — a person who owns it, running a weekly rhythm, so the next ten jobs show up whether or not you posted this week.

You do great work for everyone but your own company.

The cobbler's kids. Your own business has no marketing because you're always on a client's job. Marketing is a division with a calendar — not what's left over after the work.

It never sounded like it was about me — it was about SaaS or e-commerce or some startup selling a thing I didn't sell. This is business, taught to the guy doing the work, by a guy who did the work and built one. It applies. I promise you it applies."

03 Why Me, Not A Guru

I didn't trust the business guys either.

When I listened to people talk about scaling — departments, delegation, systems — I thought exactly what you're thinking: my business is different, it doesn't apply to me. And I couldn't trust a guy who'd never done the work to tell me it did.

So here's what separates this. I did the work, and I turned the work into a business. Not a guru telling you it's possible — an operator who did it. I can show you exactly how marketing and sales apply to a business that sells work. How delegation and contracting work even when the whole thing is your personal touch. How the part you think only you can do gets systemized without losing what makes it good.

"I was the guy doing the work. Now I own the company that does it. That's the whole difference."

04 The Offer

Business, taught to the owner. Everything that took me from doing the work to millions — in one box.

Forget the deliverables for a second. Here's the actual outcome — what your life looks like on the other side of this, if you do the work.

Because you are one — a real company, not a guy with a truck and a calendar.

You can plan a life. A house, a marriage, whatever's next — because you can forecast the money instead of hoping for it.

"Time freedom. Location freedom. Financial freedom. All three, or it doesn't count."

Do the math before you decide

I'm not promising you a number. I'm showing you why the price isn't the question.

WHERE YOU ARE

$20K a month is $240K a year.

And you quoted, did and delivered every dollar of it.

05 How The Six Months Work

We go through every division of your agency. All nine.

Some of them you're already running right. Some of them are still running through you. We go one at a time, find the ones you're too involved in, and play hot potato — if it's in your hands, it gets passed. Delegated, documented, and managed by somebody else. We don't move to the next division until this one holds without you.

01

04

Fulfillment

Quote to delivery — intake, prep, do the job, QC, deliver.

We'll tell you on the call which divisions are still running through you.

I'm going to literally show you how I did it, and the book walks you through doing it in yours.

What changes as you go up is how much of me comes with it. Tier 4 is me installing it in your business — capped at two clients at a time, because it's my calendar. When they're full, they're full, and you wait for the next opening.

08 The Questions Every Owner Asks Me

Straight answers, before you ever get on a call.

I'm booked solid and still broke. What's actually wrong?+

Almost always one of two things: you're priced below what the work costs you to deliver, or you're selling one-off jobs so every month restarts at zero. Being busy hides both. The fix isn't more clients — more clients at a broken price just makes you tired faster. It's rebuilding the package and the price first, then making the work repeat.

Nobody does it like me. How do I hand it off without the quality dropping?+

This is the single most common thing that keeps an owner stuck, and it's real — for about 60 days. The reason handoffs fail isn't that the person is bad, it's that the standard lives in your head. Nothing is written down, so they're guessing, and then you redo it and conclude it can't be done.

What actually works: you document the standard, you build a library of your own approved jobs, you brief in writing, and you QC on a checklist instead of a feeling. It takes a few rounds. Then you're free, permanently.

My market is cheap. There's always someone who'll do it for less.+

There is, and there always will be — as long as you're selling the same thing they are. "A job" is a commodity and it gets priced like one. An outcome isn't. When you sell the result the client actually wants — the property that stays full, the problem that never comes back, the system that runs all year — you're not in the comparison anymore, and the cheap guy isn't even in the conversation.

Changing what you sell is how you leave the price war. Not working harder.

Do I have to niche down? I do everything.+

For a while, yes — and it makes people nervous every time. Doing everything means you're the obvious choice for nobody, your marketing has to say something different to every prospect, and you can't build a repeatable process because no two jobs look alike.

A dead month is a lagging indicator — it was created six to eight weeks ago when you were too busy on jobs to fill the pipeline.

It's the most learnable skill in the whole business, and owners usually get good at it fast once they have the frame.

Do I need better equipment, software or a bigger truck first?+

Almost certainly not. In fifteen years I've never once seen equipment be the thing standing between a good operator and a real business. It's the most comfortable problem to work on because it's a purchase instead of a change.

If your work is already booking clients, your gear is fine. The gap is pricing, pipeline and delivery.

How do I get a client onto recurring work?+

You stop pitching it as "ongoing work" and start pitching the thing they actually want continuously — a property that stays full, a system that's maintained, a problem that's handled before it's a problem. One-off jobs solve a moment; retainers solve a standing problem.

The pitch, the package structure and the timing of when to make the offer are all in the box. Best moment is right after a job they loved.

It'll kill the part of it that was always fragile — cheap, generic, commodity work. It doesn't touch the part that matters: showing up, knowing what the job actually needs to do for the client, and being the company a client trusts with the outcome.

The owners who get hurt are the ones selling a commodity. The ones who own an outcome and a relationship get more valuable, not less. Building the business side is the hedge — and I teach you how to run the company on AI, not get replaced by it.

My industry is different. Does this apply?+

Everyone says that, and it never is. I built mine in creative work for real estate — about as "different" as it gets — and the machine is the same for roofing, cleaning, landscaping, agencies, consultants, coaches, anyone who sells work to a client. Getting leads, selling properly, pricing for margin, delivering without you and keeping clients — those don't change by industry.

I ask how your business actually runs — where the work comes from, what you charge, what it costs you, who else touches the work. If it's not a fit I'll tell you, and I'll usually still tell you what I'd fix first.

You built the business. Let's make it worth something.

You learned the trade. The business side is smaller than it looks from where you're standing — and it's the part I can hand you.

Applications are reviewed personally. Not every business is a fit for every tier, and that's on purpose.
